Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible, and Raccoon.Exchange is not liable for any losses due to mistakes, misdirected payments, or unauthorized access to your account.

You acknowledge that the value of cryptocurrencies is volatile and that Raccoon.Exchange is not responsible for any losses resulting from price fluctuations.

Raccoon.Exchange’s total liability for any claim arising out of this Agreement will not exceed the amount you paid to use the Services in the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Lithuania, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Services will be resolved through binding arbitration in Architektu g. 56-101, LT-04111 Vilnius, Lithuania, in accordance with the rules of Raccoon Capital UAB. Users agree to waive any right to a jury trial.
